Does this gym have showers?
YES! Our gym is equipped with showers for both men and women. Our bathrooms are ADA compliant.
Do you have trainers on staff?
We have a wide variety of talented trainers for you to choose from. All of our trainers are self employed and can work with you individually on your goals.
Is this gym 24/7?
Only active members have 24-hour access. Our gym is NOT staffed. Guests must make an appointment via email or phone.
Are there cameras in place?
In the case that we need to, we do have cameras we can pull footage from in cases of misconduct or misuse.
Is there a month to month membership?
Our membership is month to month. All we require is a 30 day notice prior to cancellation.
Do you have group classes?
No, we do not offer group classes at this time
Is childcare available?
We do have a space for children ages 5 and up. It is NOT supervised however. If your child becomes a disturbance to others or refuses to stay off the gym floor, you may be asked to leave.
Do you take insurance or Silver Sneakers?
No, we do not take insurance nor offer Silver Sneakers.
Do you have Tanning or a Sauna?
No, we have no plans to incorporate those amenities into the gym.
