I am a certified personal trainer and certified Yoga instructor. I am 58 and have a passion for helping my clients live a happy healthy balanced lifestyle and to help my clients stay youthful.
I specialize in strength, stability and flexibility training. I use a combination of weights/machines, cardio endurance training and I always incorporate a 10-15 min Yoga stretch at the end of each workout to help prevent sore muscles and damage to joints. This has worked well for me and I am sure it will for you too.
I will help you reach your goals whether it is to look and feel your best, loose weight or just play a better game of golf or pickle ball.
